On April 29, 2016, Mary Elizabeth Luka, one of the NiS+TS members, delivered a talk on NiS+TS’ work to an international invite-only symposium held in Montreal, entitled Contemporary Narratives: Screens, Media and Documents.
This was an opportunity to compare notes about similar projects and initiatives around the world, particularly in Quebec, Scotland and France. The April 28th and 29th symposium, Contemporary Narratives: Screens, Media and Documents, was co-organized by the Leverhulme International Network for Contemporary Studies (LINCS) and the Canada Research Chair on Digital Arts and Literatures at Université de Québec à Montréal (ALN | NT2).
NiS+TS was very grateful for the organizers’ invitation to present at this symposium.
